Application Guidelines for International Participants

Participants of the events at the CSJ Chemistry Festa are required to register for participation regardless of whether the registration fee is charged/free. Please apply using the application form below. Although on-site registration is accepted, pre-registration is highly appreciated to avoid a rush at the venue.


Please note that student poster presenters do not have to register as they have already paid the registration fee.


When CSJ Chemistry Festa is cancelled due to natural disasters, transportation disorder, accidents, and other reasons that CSJ is not responsible for, the registration and poster entry fee may not be returned. This is because CSJ Chemistry Festa is regarded as being held with the publication of the program book. Please be aware of this.

Please use the application form below. If you cannot use the form, please contact the CSJ office as soon as possible. Please note that you cannot apply after the due date.
Fees for Registration and Program Book
The registration fees are indicated in the table below. The registration fee covers the program book fee.

  • *2 If you want to buy the program book after CSJ Chemistry Festa, additional shipping fee of 1,000 JPY will be charged.
  • * Registration fee is taxable.
How to Pay
Please pay the registration fee by September 5 (Wed.) with the selected method of payment you choose in the application form. Please bear the transfer fee at your end. After the due date, contents of your application form will be invalid. In such a case, please make on-site registration at the registration desk.
Advance Shipping of Registration Budge and Other Stuffs
The registration budge and other stuffs will be sent to participants whose payment is confirmed by the due date.
Receipt
The receipt is enclosed with your registration budge sent beforehand.

Participants of Public Events

Those who would like to participate only in public events, please use the application form below (due date: October 15th). You will receive the confirmation e-mail after application. As the confirmation e-mail also serves as the registration budge, please present it at the registration desk.

Exchange Meeting

The exchange meeting will be held from 18:00 on October 24th. About 400 participants join the exchange meeting every year with great success. Please feel free to join.
