Participants of the events at the CSJ Chemistry Festa are required to register regardless of whether the registration fee is charged/free. Please apply using the application form below.
Please note that student poster presenters do not have to register as they have already paid the registration fee.
When CSJ Chemistry Festa is cancelled due to natural disasters, transportation disorder, accidents, and other reasons that CSJ is not responsible for, the registration and poster entry fee may not be returned. This is because CSJ Chemistry Festa is regarded as being held with the publication of the program book. Please be aware of this.

- How to Make Payment
- During Early Bird(August 2 - September 15 noon) you may select from credit card, bank or post office. Please burden bank transfer fee at your expense. Note that registration will be cancelled if payment is not made within the deadline. During Regular Registration you can make payment only by credit card.
- How to buy Program Book (booklet)
- During Early Bird(August 2 - September 15 noon) booklet is available for JPY2,000. It will be mailed at the end of September for those who purchased. Note that it is not available after Early Bird.
- How to attend Festa
- After completing payment, "CSJ Chemistry Festa Payment Completed" will be sent via e-mail. How to attend our events is in the e-mail. Please bear with us about a week or so to confirm the payment.
- Receipt
- The e-mail contains URL where you can get receipt.
Participating in Public Events
Those who would like to participate only in public events, please use the application form below. You will receive the confirmation e-mail after application. How to attend our events is in the e-mail.
Mixing Party
The mixing party (Zoom, free of charge) will be held from 18:00 on October 20th. About 150 participants joined the mixing party last year with great success. There will be game with prizes. Please feel free to join. Note that only paid participants, speakers and poster presenters are welcomed. Further details will be informed later.
