If you wish to give same research institution's presentation in series, follow the procedure below and registrate for consecutive presentation.
Only one person from your group should make the request for consecutive presentation. Other member's presentation will also be in consecutive automatically.
Register your request to give consecutive presentation from "Registration of the Presentation" or "Presentation Information."
Choose "Yes" at "Register consecutive Presentation," then enter the ordinal relation and the title of the presentations that you want to give in consecutive.
* You can register 3 presentation at maximum, including your own.
Click "Complete Registration" after you have confirmed the information you have entered.
* Part of the information are shown in blank types, since the presentation is not yours.
You can cancel the current settings for consecutive presentations if you made a mistake or if you are not aware of it.
You also need to cancel and start from the beginning if you wish to add consecutive presentations or change the presentation that you wish to give in series.
Click "Cancel Consecutive Presentation" at "Presentation Information" in meeting's MYPAGE Top.
Click "Cancel Consecutive Presentation's Registration" after you have confirmed status of registration.
